I’ve been a patient of Dr. Menard for about 3 years now. Throughout that time I’ve had two eye emergencies. One over the weekend and the most recent during the COVID-19 pandemic. Both times it was very easy to get in touch with the office and Dr. Menard generously was able to see me. Thank you Dr. Menard and staff!

A $50 missed appointment fee is more important to them than keeping a patient. Had a death in the family so eye appointment was least on my mind. So they are charging me $50 for not canceling. guess the thousands of dollars a day he makes isn't enough let's get $50 more!! so the $50 has lost my business, I have took my business to Dr. Boreing While your having a death in your family remember to call and cancel your appointment.
