Had my new patient visit today and I must say I was very impressed. Everyone so kind, professional and courteous. I have been a kerataconus patient for many years now and I've had to travel out of town for my tedious eye care. That became very exhausting so I searched locally. All I can say I'm very impressed from the time I entered until I left. Thank you for all your kindness it's very appreciated. Special thanks to Taylor, Katie, and most of all Dr. Menard! No need to look any further! Blessings!!!!
update to previous rating: Office Manger called me back, apologized for the rude employee. She is correcting the mistake with my insurance as well. Great to see the patient service is back to the quality I am used to from this office.
I surely hope you don’t expect to get treated very friendly here because none of the staff are very friendly at all. Actually Keith Menard had the audacity to argue with me over a waiting time on an appointment that I arrived on time to. I will never go back to this place

I had some trouble with my first appointment. Dr. Menard read my first review and personally called me to discuss it. He is SO nice and very professional. I'm now looking forward to seeing him again, as well as, referring others to him. Thank you for everything Dr. Menard!
