Boiler not working in February. Property freezing cold to try and sleep in. We booked with Booking.com, but had to deal with two sub agents who manage the property from call centers in Asia and Kosovo. Sykes Holiday Cottages and Menai Holiday cottages are dreadful to deal with and never answer the phone. It is impossible to contact the owner and when i did manage to establish who owned the property, the owner never returned my calls. We had a wonderful break at Simdda Wen and Kate and Bari were wonderful hosts ,nothing was too much trouble,we recommend the cottage to see the lovely island of Anglesey
Horrendous experience. Endless issues at the holiday house and appalling service.
Beware. They take no responsibility for the quality of their cottages. They took no action after our report of dirty and damp cottage.
