Waitress was a true blonde! We had asked for silverware three times, the check multiple times, ask for water multiple to times, and we sat our table for 10 minutes before she acknowledged that we were sitting there. She only had three tables to wait on and out of those three tables she spent most of her time at one table talking and socializing.
FIRST TIME IN THE RESTAURANT, OUR SON AND FRIEND TOOK US THERE FOR DINNER, SOOO AWESOME AND GOOD, MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED IT, OUR STEAKS WERE COOKED JUST RIGHT, SALADS WERE GOOD. SERVICE WAS REALLY AWESOME, THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE IN THERE SOOO WE THOUGHT THE SERVICES WERE REALLY GOOD, YES YES YES WE WILL BE BACK, THANKS TO OUR SON AND FRIEND, RECOMMENDED FOR FOOD AND SERVICES. The people were friendly from the time you walked in the door. Waitress polite and helpful. Food was good and rolls were hot and delicious. I loved the night out with family.
We visited there for the 1st time 12/30 for my birthday. Didn't realize that UofM played the same day so it was very crowded. We waited an hour and half to be seated. Several large parties waited with us. After being seated, the wait was even longer for everything from drinks to the salad to our dinner. Excuses were given that servers had called in. Excellent food, cooked to perfection. Rolls are awesome and if you can get Dakota as your server, he is the BEST !!
The food was great! However as I was coming out the women's restroom an female employee came running in with a male employee behind her trying to fight � ! I was stunned like Really! Very chaotic. Gots to do better!

I would have to say that my food was good. Our waitress was good,but the hostess staff and the manager were extremely rude, we waited 45 minutes to get seated when we were told 20 minutes. No one was concerned or had answers to why it took so long. We were told we are waiting on that table to get empty then cleaned. Suprise we didnt even get sat at that table. Next time in Memphis we wont return to this restaurant
