The food was poorly had hair in my food and also took them seven times to get our steaks right also no air to top it off I will not be back
Texas Roadhouse has always been my place to go...Went today...not so much...Hot inside to say the least...service very bad and slow..and had to send my steak back 3 times and it still wasn't right...so left very little said from the manager...wasn't happy with that...can't say if I will be back or not...
Have never had a bad meal here. Ordered Rib Eye Bone In, medium rare. Cooked perfectly. Green beans were great. Salad was ok. Hubby had the Road Kill. Was cooked perfectly. He likes the bake potato with salt on the outside. One complaint is the noise. Music is way too loud and employees are way too loud. But the food, delish.
I brought cupcakes for my son's birthday and ask them to keep them in the fridge, well one of their trifling employees stole 2 of my cupcakes out the box!!! They definitely need to hire people with higher moral standards! Like who steals cupcakes???? Especially knowing they belong to a customer! Just trifling, we did have a nice waitress though
Everything was great and Tyrone was a great cook along with other grillers and the sweeties waitress and hostesses
Our food took kind of a long time but the steak was cooked to perfection and everything was delicious. We also had a great server.
Love it & prices are very reasonable. We eat there a lot!
Great atmosphere and even better food! Service was above and beyond!! Overall awesome experience!
