We usually have a great time but the yesterday wasn’t day we ordered chicken fried steak it was cooked so hard that we couldn’t eat it
if you want your food the same day, don't go here. sat down at 3:10, waiter came by 3:35 to take our order... by 4:15 we couldn't wait any longer, as we got up and we're walking out, the waiter yelled at us to "be patient"... I think an hour is patient enough. called on my drive to McDonald's to explain the situation to the manager and at least I got a "we're sorry"...
Worst service ever. I just left this place with my family. We were told the wait would be 35 minutes. 45 minutes passed and everyone around us was getting seated except us (even larger parties). We went up to the hostess and she said they had already seated someone with our exact number and we’d have to wait AGAIN but they’d try to sit us soon...because THEY messed up the seating. Never again. How is your only job to pass out buzzers and sit people at tables and you still fuck it up?! ���
The best time ever, I’ll been here before but this time was the best . Thanks to our waitress. We came to celebrate our birthday and the food was excellent. I was with a couple that never been here before, and they said the will most definitely be back. Love taxas roadhouse
Saturday night is always a bust night to go, but that is NO excuse for nastiness. The floor had trash laying all around. Peanut buckets laying on the ground by the bathrooms. Bathrooms were too dirty to wash your hands. Plenty of staff standing around to solve these issues. Food was just ok. Our server was friendly and prompt.
The waitress came bye and took drink orders and was gone for 20 minutes and finally brought the drinks. We ordered our food and then the salads came in a timely manor but when the food came the baked potatoes were cold and my steak was a little tough. All in all to me the quality of food has gone down. We will not be going back anytime soon.
First off the waitress was very polite and helpful, the food was absolutely delicious.
