It would be nice if they would put their phone on the hook so we could use call ahead seating.
Went there last night for my daughter’s birthday. I’m not sure if they have new management or something but the service was awful, the food wasn’t cooked right, the place was dirty, they had added so many tables to the ends of booths that my husband kept getting bumped into. It was horrible.
Service was slow as Christmas, drinks stayed empty, couldn't get a second round of bread after waiting 30 minutes for the first. Food was good after it finally got there. Two and a half hours for casual dining is not acceptable.

I love the Texas roadhouse. Every time I am in Memphis I try to stop there for dinner. Food is always great. My visit yesterday was good. The server, Haven, was awesome and he was very attentive. Only issue I had was my steak was a tad bit overcooked for my liking but I am not the type to send food back because it's wasteful in my opinion and it was still very good. I just prefer my steaks more on the rare size of medium rare vs being more medium.
I worked In a restaurant for over 6 years including working in a Texas Roadhouse in Little Rock, Arkansas and this is be far the worst service I have ever had. this old gentlemen argued with me and was very rude. All I wanted was my appetizer to come out before my food. He never asked me if I needed anything or even asked how anything is. He won't look me In the eye. And my fiancé had to chase him down just to get drinks. I won't be back
