I hv never had a bad experience @ Texas Roadhouse. The atmosphere n food is great!! I recently visited the Texas Roadhouse in Cordova On highway 64. Amanda was our server n she was good n very attentive 2 our needs. Our food was great n I would like 2 compliment the chef who fixed our steak 🥩 n he promised it was going 2 b juicy even though one of the steaks were asked 2 cooked well done n the other 1 medium well. My servers name was Katelyn. she brought us our drinks with no straws and I have a 2 yr old, she left and never came back so I could ask for straws. Finally I stopped another waitress who seemed to be annoyed by me stopping her. (I'm soooo sorry to inconvenience you bc my 2 yr old isn't a skilled at drinking without a straw. and my own waitress won't do her job.🙄) THEN I had to stop a 3rd waitress to bring some more rolls.
