Excellent customer service, price and foam. Billy measured my campervan bed after I explained I wanted some foam to go on top of my upcycled pull out bench bed and seat. All completed within an hour or so and I came home with 3 pieces of foam which is so comfy. There was an option to have them professionally covered but I sew myself so made some as soon as I got home. Billy was a character with a great sense of humour and made me laugh so much. Thank you to Billy and his team. Would highly recommend

I recently bought the sonlevo avid alto mattress in your clearance sale initially I thought it was comfortable which it is But the chemical smell from the foam is really overpowering It's so strong it's giving me a headache I opened the cover to have a look at the Foam inside And it looks nothing like the foam in the picture you have on your website It's so bad I may have to scrap it . Kept changing the address and wouldn’t go to the store. Had to ring and get directions and - well, well, well - on arrival, the map showed the unfindable address!
