24.01.2025 - My mother was treated badly by a female member of staff. The woman demonstrated unclear instructions, a bad attitude and blamed us for not listening to her while providing unclear instructions, trying to shift the blame on us. She demonstrated a racist behaviour and shouldn't be allowed to interact with patients at all. I am not sure how issues like these do not get addressed and I will now look for a form where I can file an official complaint.
