I live in a 236 unit condo in Edison that is very difficult to manage because of the narcissistic, combative attitude of just a few homeowners.Without fail one or the other is continually annoying, arguing,restraining and actually negatively impacting any positive progress the building needs to accomplish to stay up to date in one of the best zip codes in the United States, Our building is all steel and concrete built in 1974 and theoretically should be easy to manage and maintain.I want to highly commend mem property manage... read more

Working with mem property management has been a pleasure due to their up to date technology in accessing our information (HOA payments & balances) electronically via their website access. mem's promptness to our emergency calls are highly appreciated. Our property manager Steve is an asset to the mem team and a easy partner to work with regarding our property.

My Board has used mem property management for many years now to handle all of our financials, liens, etc. and they have always done an amazing job. They always remind me when it's time to put things on our agenda for important items such as budgets, annual election, and many other timely things that are not typically done in my office. I would highly recommend this management company to anyone! They really believe in working together and solving problems quickly
