mem property management is by far the best property management company I've had and worked with, and I've had a lot. They have great people who actually care (thanks Steve and Rosa)! Easy to use online portal to pay (automatically or single use), submit maintenance requests, which have always been promptly followed up on and resolved, and the property itself was everything and more that we could've asked for. We're only moving out after buying a home. I sincerely recommend mem property to anyone reading this.
I don't know where to start with mem management! They are fabulous and definitely one of a kind. I have been so disappointed looking for a management company and then I found them. We are a roofing contractor and have always had the most professional experience working with Matthew Laderman @ mem property management. I really don't ask a lot from a management company. It helps if they respond to phone calls, answer emails and are proactive to resolve any issues. I have to say that Martin and his team exceed my expectations for service and responsiveness. It really has been great to work with the folks over there at mem.
I have been working with Marty and the crew for over a decade as a vendor. Their dedication to the residents is unparalleled. The company knows what to do and how to handle each individual issue with respect and professionalism. I have seen first hand, many times, how they all go above and beyond. Compassion and understanding is rare but MEM Property Management has it in spades.

Working with mem property management has been a pleasure due to their up to date technology in accessing our information (HOA payments & balances) electronically via their website access. mem's promptness to our emergency calls are highly appreciated. Our property manager Steve is an asset to the mem team and a easy partner to work with regarding our property.
After running through the gamut of bad management companies, our HOA has finally found one that works FOR US! mem property mgmt does a great job of keeping us informed, keeping us on track and finding us the right vendors. While communication could be a LITTLE better at times (small criticism only!), for the most part this company is leaps and bounds ahead of what you normally encounter in the industry.
