The best in south Florida. Actually tries to help and find solutions instead of pushing pills like all the other docs down here.
The worst doctor I have ever seen. Rude, arrogant.Went for second visit and she refused to see me because of a $20..00 balance owed. It was for physical therapy at D1 which is affiliated with PBOI. The place was unsanitary, the help aloof and amateur. I asked if there was a co-pay and they told me that there was no co-pay and then I got a bill for $20.00 which I refused to pay. Spoke with the CEO of PBOI, also an amateur and she said she could not write off the $20.00...STAY AWAY. HORRIFYING
The building and staff are great. Dr. Estes is cold. She is rude. She has a mean face with a fake smile. Does not give you the opportunity to provide Information. She spend little to no time with you. Literally minutes. 5-10 minutes and it’s on to the next one. She gave me shots every visit , the last time I said I did not feel like I needed them , and she replied,”well do you want them or not?!”. I then realized I was not covered for her 238$ Injection treatment. Alll I had was a knot . Awful !
She was overall really great with regards to things people look for in finding a good doctor. Very thorough and genuinely caring.

Smart and pretty. Dr. Estes performed the most comprehensive and detailed spine examination I have every experienced. Everyone I have referred to Dr. Estes has had a similarly excellent experience.
If I could give her negative stars I would! She is the WORST doctor I have ever seen! She doesn't listen, has poor communication skills and zero empathy for her patients. Her staff is just as incompetent and uncaring. Don't even think about going there!
She didn't want to hear history of my injury & seemed annoyed to have to even be speaking with me. 2 weeks later, my left foot went completely numb (new symptom) I called and left a vm for someone to please call me back to advise if i should continue with PT the next morning. I called again 5 hours later & assistant was annoyed that I called back, told me that message was passed along & someone would get back to me. I never heard back from anyone. Never going back to her or that office.
