Dr Estes is a professional, skilled, and effective physician. Dr Estes treated me twice in recent years for unrelated back injuries. She listened, examined, discussed her diagnosis, reviewed options, and implimented effective treatment to resolve the problems. Following initial treatment she provided a printed review of the diagnosis and referrals for suggested 'path forward' testing and physical therapy options. I confidently recommend Dr Estes to my family and friends.

HORRIBLE human all the reviews are correct do not be fooled by this person she does not deserve to called a Dr and shame on the buisness for allowing her to continue working. Not even 5 minute visit, I was wrong about everything I felt, I was stupid didnt know what I was talking about. She spoke to me about pesonal information outside of the doorway, she embarased me, in front of the staff! Did not care not one bit! We never felt it was important for him .Every time late and only very overall statement. My daughter now needs surgery to reconstruct which could have bin done in January if he had consulted a knee specialist in his group .
Unfortuntelly, all the reviews here are correct ! I have seen Dr Estes just does not have a genuine interest in her patients...she goes through the motions and a set process without analizing, talking, perhaps even diagnosing her patient. Very quick to propose procedures. I don't mind her terrible manners if she was good but my experience is HORRIBLE, it is a shame that she brings a bad name to Ortho doctors.

… Dr. Hinson's lack of care, compassion, and outright dismissal of my wife's injuries and needs is both deplorable and inexcusable. His examination solely relied on what he thought happened to her, the X-rays she provided, with no additional tests conducted. In addition, he failed to offer any home care instructions, leaving her feeling abandoned and confused in managing her injury. Dr. Melisa Estes is the most condescending and rude doctor I have ever been to. The disrespectful way she spoke to me, her angry bedside manner, condescending language and hate for her job are intolerable. I will NEVER go back to her. My appointment ended with her promoting her husband who is a private physical therapist that does not take insurance.
