Very condescending, just short and didn't want to listen. Rude and refused to discuss my 2nd problem that I came in for. Felt like just a number and she didn't have time for me. Just terrible experience. As with most large doctor offices. Too many patients too fast just to get the bucks. Never going to that office agai . Was my 3rd visit so I tried. But worse each.time.
I saw Dr. Estes for my lower back pain that resulted from a trampoline accident. She was professional and thorough, while still being warm, friendly, and caring. Her staff was exceptional including her nurse assistant and the X-ray technician. I felt very cared for and at ease. It turned out that I needed a back brace and Dr. Estes helped with the fitting and made sure I was comfortable. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Estes.
Dr. Estes was very rude and extremely cold. She was condescending and had no desire to listen to my answers to her questions, my thoughts on my own body based on 2 years of experience with the situation, OR any questions I had. She was short and straight up disrespectful. Needless to say, I was super upset during my 45 minute drive home. What a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this doctor nor will I ever return here.
