The worst! Every negative review is accurate. Rushed, dismissive, no time for questions, paperwork claimed to have reviewed topics with me that were not discussed. It’s obvious she doesn’t desire doing what she’s doing, patients are an inconvenience…
Dr Estess knows her stuff. If you want an experienced doctor in her profession. she is the one.
I read her credentials and dismissed all the bad reviews, thinking maybe the patients were just disgruntled. She has an MD from a highly reputable school. I was wrong, I should have given more credit to the reviews. She is terrible. I found her cold, dismissive, and disinterested. She did exactly what another reviewer stated: X-ray, then trigger point injections, and recommend PT and an MRI. I did both, and when I went for my follow up, she spent about 5 minutes total with me. I found Dr.Melissa Estes to be very dismissive and so busy, that you are in and out of her office very quickly. On the day of my procedure, she came to my bed in Jupiter Outpatient Surgical Center to confirm my name, date of birth. I didn't recognize her and asked who l was speaking with. Dr. Estes coldly told me her name and abruptly moved on.
Waste of time and money. Spent over $100 to see this “Doctor” for 5min. She spoke mostly with her back turned to me. Didn’t care to hear my concerns/questions and literally walked out while still talking as to let me know appt was over . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
No, I would not recommend Dr. Estes at all. Showed no interest for me as a patient at all. Assembly line? Waste of time To see a medical doctor such as her, bad name to the profession.
I saw Dr. Estes for the 1st time today and found her to be professional, caring and thorough. She asked direct questions, listened carefully to my answers, fully explained her findings and the treatment options. I was very comfortable and would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
She was very rude to me and had absolutely no bedside manner or interest in hearing about my health issues. She also injured my leg while examining me and I am in much worse pain after my visit. The medication she prescribed is a very dangerous one for me after researching it so I can not and will not ever recommend Dr Estes.
She was awful. Didn’t listen to me At all was a total waste. Told me I don’t have any pinched nerve but then gave me a referral for a pinched nerve. I would never suggest such a bad doctor. I feel like I was robbed today by seeing her. She is the worst doctor I have ever seen him n my life. My report states a muscle spasm and I asked what that meant and she said it means spine. Is she serious? Did she just tell me that my spine is muscle.
