Melanoma touched my family for years. My father has battled skin cancer and had 4 melanomas in his life, this last one being the last. He passed a few days ago at 75 suddenly, from a metastasized melanoma into kidney, lungs, liver and spleen. I saw him, he was fine a month ago, it was a super aggressive one that took him within weeks. Melanoma is just so scary and a lot of people are ignorant to it. Please realize just how scary and dangerous this really is. We must continue the research and find a way to cure this.
Having melanoma twice now I have found some great help through this group! Now today I just got another MRI scan on my brain because doctors suspect something may be happening. I hope not, this is a terrible disease...
