If I could give zero stars I would. I initially met with a provider back in September to prescribed me medication for flight anxiety. I don't need to see a psychiatrist regularly but do need to see one occasionally in order to keep that prescription filled. He scheduled a follow-up appointment for October which I put on my calendar. I never received a link for the appointment and he never showed up in the old link that we had use for a previous session, I never got any notification that the appointment was canceled or otherw... read more

I made an appointment for an evaluation on August 26th and the earliest appointment I could get was on September 15th. I explained in great detail what I needed and 1/2 a month later I get a phone call from them telling me 15 MINUTES before my appointment started that it has been canceled because not only were they not taking any new patients for what I needed (even though I already had an appointment) but they had set me up with a doctor that didn't even specialize with what I needed anyway! I saw Dr. Singh for a Ketamine consult. Staff explained that this is a self-pay visit and I have to pay upfront. They informed me that this is a non-refundable fee even if I am not started on Ketamine treatment. I was skeptical first but wanted to get an evaluation. Dr. Singh was very thorough in asking me all the questions about my history and the medicines I have tried in the past.
