Roxanne, Dr. Mendelson's assistant has been a big help with us. Whenever we need to get a message to the doctor or when we need a script to take to get our blood work, she helps us out. And remembers us every time we visit. A very good employee.
It is always a pleasure to see Jessy W, even when paying a bill. Then after our appointment she helps us make the next one. She has a nice smile and a very friendly way about her. And really cares and tries to please when we are trying to find a date to schedule our next appointment.
Always a pleasent experience at the Medical Group of South Florida. The nurse practitioner, Lindsay Black, was able to see me last minute which was very convenient and almost unheard of now a days. Jessy W. at the front desk helped me with changing some apptointments around to better accommodate my schedule. Extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the professionalism that is practiced at this office. Thank you all so much, literally a life changing experience.
Grateful for Roxanne who always remembers me and asks about my husband and I and remembers our past health issues. As Dr Mendelson's assistant she is always gentle and caring.
