Beautiful facilities and welcoming helpful staff. Dr. Paula is the best.
I am here for visit from Virginia. I developed a back issue and Dr Smith was recommended to me. I was in and out of the clinic in less than an hour. Everyone was kind and professional. The facility was immaculate. The check-in was easy. Scheduled follow-up appt right away. No complaints here.
Dr. Manhart is great listens and very caring. This staff here is very welcoming too. I am very happy with my care.
I have been going to Dr. Surowitz for over 15 years. The wait was long but worth it. He is now with this group and VIP. So, I no longer see him. Iâve tried others it has been ok. First, this is a very urban office and the way it is setup, it feels like a factory. Very impersonal and big (many doctors). However the space is cramped. In fact, I had one nurse was rude enough to say the doctor (supposedly Dr. Mendalson said this) would not see my disabled daughter with me and my youngest daughter (11) in the room. Tha... read more
Bigger is not better. Not even close. Actually it stinks supreme. Employees are incompetent, apathetic, snot-nosed brats, that never took a course, or a seminar, in hospitality or service. Surowitz was a good doctor. Now since he went concierge, there's no caring. Really...nobody cares. They don't give a hoot (think of another four letter word that begins with 's') about you or your condition.
Dr. Surowitz and MGSF are the best of the best. At MGSF Dr. Surowitz is able to coordinate all of our family's medical care quite virtually under one roof. And his assistant Nikki is amazing to work with. She is an asset to not only Dr. Surowitz but to us patients as well.
I think this medical office is wonderful and thankful for Lindsey Black for taking such good care of me and my husband. She takes her time, pays full attention, is clear and is very thorough. I can't say enough good things about Sarah C. She is the perfect receptionist, friendly, professional, organized and you can tell she is good at multitasking. Dr. Surowitz and his extremely accommodating and brilliant nurse Nikki are why I belong to the VIP program. Itâs been almost 6 months and Nikki has been there 100% every step of the way whether Iâm in the office or calling/texting for guidance and advice on whatâs next. I could t ask for a better team!
Overall a thorough experience. Trish comforted as she worked and was pleasant as she went through the motions.
