I needed medical clearance from Dr. Ulloa for surgery and required a very quick turnaround. Once Dr. Ulloa and nurseTina got involved everything went very smoothly. I want to say that every time I've visited the office, I have been met by staff that is personable, courteous, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On my visits to the first floor, I especially want to recognize and give kudoos to Jackie, the X-ray technician, and Rebecca Matta. The both of them continually greet me and make me feel like I am the most important person there at that time.

Not only is the entire office staff helpful and polite but Taylor and Roger really make the whole experience easy, enjoyable and fun. Both Taylor and Roger are always in good moods and are very personable. They have awesome attitudes and make you feel very comfortable! They both go above and beyond for their patients and show true concern about your well-being!

This was my first time here and I must say how pleased I am from the front office all the way to the back to the ultrasound tech not only did they make me feel welcome and like I was there only patient but they made me feel so at ease with a situation with a lump found in my thyroid! TheyGot me in immediately for an ultrasound and made it possible for me to get a biopsy done within a few days I am very pleased and I am happy I have now found a new home with my primary physician

I love Dr Mendelson, and would go anywhere to see him, but not at this group. I take meds for thyroid, insomnia, absorption issues, and need ostomy supplies on a regular basis. Roxanne always seems to mess up my refill orders, orders meds I don’t need, and does not order the ones I do need. I was in Dr Gormans office for a visit, and one of the staff was arguing with Roxann on the phone because a patient was having surgery the next day, and Roxanne had not yet sent the test results to her (they are in the same building). I tell people about The Medical Group of South Florida. Dr. Mendelson and his staff have been very helpful and professional every time I am there. They have the caring and always seem to put you at ease during the visits. Sarah C. Is the first person you see, and she always notices everyone around her as she is checking you in and connecting with you. All the staff is great, and Sarah is a standout! I've been a patient for years.... Earlier with Dr. Surrowitz at the old office.
