Roger and taylor are the best i love them both and Smith they all great compassionate,and they are a winning combination in my book. Roger knows how i am and he is funny ð i love this place itâs very far for me but I would make the trip because of them they are great to be around

Nikki is an extremely cheerful individual who brightens my day whenever I see her. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and industrious and always ensures her tasks are completed to the fullest extent possible. A joy to work with.
I had very nice visit to the practice today having been greeted by Sarah C in her usual friendly fashion at the front desk. She took the time to call to let me know I was late for my appointment and helped get me back on track. Dr. Ulloa did his usual great job of monitoring my conditions. All good.
As normal was cheerfully greeted. went to the office where my vitals were taken and a brief interogatory on my present physical condition,any refills etc. always a pleasure to go to Dr. Surowitz's office .My concierge nurse was Nicki,always pleasant.
Dr. Surrowitz concierge Nurse Nicole has been tremendously helpful to our family. She is always compassionate and kind. She answers my questions with skill and knowledge. I get immediate return phone calls. Sheâs great!
I have been a patient of Dr. Surowitz for many years and have been a VIP patience since the it was offered. Nicole Jablonski, his nurse, makes everything I need happen quickly, with the most loving spirit anyone could imagine.
