My experience with Dr. Ulloa was excellent he was very thorough and answered all my questions and as far as Tina ,she was great she made me feel very comfortable and was very pleasant to be around!
as a patient for over two years, I can say without reservation, that my care has been exemplary. I am seen by Dr. Gorman with staff such as Jackie C., who does his x-ray imaging, and she is outstanding. Also staff at the front desk, especially Rebecca Matta, have been an example of efficiency as well as very personable. Kudos to the entire staff. I didn't forget you P. Willett PA-C. Keep up good work.
Taylor is always great when Iâm there to see Dr Smith. Very personable, makes the kids feel welcome and comfortable whether they are being treated or not. Staff can make or break an office and sheâs definitely an asset to yours.
Iâve been a patient here for years but never had blood work done here before today.... I always went to QUEST labs...So glad I had Jill to take care of me this morning.. I have a terrible fear of needles and I usually faint when I have blood drawn. Jill was kind, caring and extremely patient. I fainted as usual but Jill took care of me and made sure I stayed until I felt well enough to get up even bringing me fig newtons! Thank you Jill you saved the day!!!
I was thrilled that I was called back to my appointment on time. No waiting. Dr Ulloa and Tina were very helpful. Tina is the best!!!

The receptionist Sarah is excellent in handling and filtering any issues that come up. She is top notch! The staff, including Nurse Practioner, Lindsay Black, Dr. Mendelson and Dr. Bueno are excellent. The challenge however is sometimes getting through for medications, questions, lab results. The office is very busy and call back conversations can be tough. It would be great if there was dedicated nurse to help on these issues. The existing nurses are already too busy!
I had seen Dr. Surowitz for many years before this big change. Now Ive been farmed out. The saving grace so far is the dedicated receptionist who has graciously put up with my frustrations in dealing with the changes. Sarah C. is one of the reasons I didn't look elsewhere for medical care because I felt she actually tried to help. Now things are a bit more stable. This young woman deserves an award for her ability to maintain her composure and temperament under stress. Thanks Sarah
