What a great group of caring doctors and nurses!
I just want to thank 2 exceptional employees, Babette & Ali. I came to visit my freind which just had a baby and didn’t realize I had lost my phone for over 2 hrs and had my license & credit cards in it. They were so helpful to me, especially Babette she walked out in the parking lot and she heard it ringing and found it on the grass!! Thank you so much Babette & Ali.. for helping me recover my iPhone that was lost.�
My experience with this hospital has been mixed so far, as others have mentioned. My mom has had several stays at this hospital, and mostly everything has been “normal” during her stays, or at least has been fixed. That was until this last stay. I am trying to contact the patient advocate to discuss the details of my situation but she is not answering.
