RecommendedI have nothing but good things to say about Medical City North Hills! They are like an oiled machine from their Administration to the Emergency Room (Dr. Johnson and RN Lucy), the 4th Floor Day and Night nurses, the X-ray Technicians, Phlebotomists, food handlers and housekeeping personnel! Dr. Hasheesh was very caring and always took time to talk to my husband and myself! Thank you for the excellent care I received! Now I am waiting for my bill - LOL
I went to ER yesterday on account of having tingling all over my body and being able to eat only a few bites of food at a time because I feel nauseous, it's been over a week like this. They drew blood and got a urine sample and gave me some medicine for being sick. After my results came back they told me I had a kidney infection and a panic attack. All they have me was antibiotics and told me I need to stop being anxious. they did nothing in the long term for my stomach problems...and today I still can't eat. By far the ER s... read more
Excellent care from start to finish. Rosie, Mari, and Michael in outpatient, Sheri, Joe, Kristi, and Mandy in surgery, Harley in recovery. Thank you all for making my experience as good as it could be.

I recently experienced a heart attack. The ambulance driver asked what hospital we preferred. My husband said the best... I was immediately transported to Medical City North Hills. Every person I came in contact with from the ER to the Cardiac ICU and regular Cardiac unit was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I owe my life to Drs. Khalafi, Horne and every member of the amazing team that took care of me!
Totally misdiagnosed my mom in the ER. PA told us she had a sore muscle when she had 2 compression fractures. He did not xray her back just her chest.
Worst post-up care around. Hand wrote "no vendors in the OR, no students or trainees" on my intake papers...that said, there were vendors, the entire orthopedic floor is students caring for patients who've had MAJOR surgery (specifically entire lumbar fusion) had to request my own try fusion due to Beverly low blood level when the staff kept telling me "you're just cold" NO, I'm not why aren't yall listening?...given wrong meds and "Googled" how to hang a blood bag IN MY ROOM ON THE LAP TOP; all done by the "Charge nurse" al... read more
Because My Grandma, Uncle, Great Aunt DIED THERE !!!!!!! I DONT BELIEVE THAT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB OF TAKING CARE OF THEM???
