RecommendedMy son was in the ER at 6am this morning, and was quickly diagnosed with a severe pneumothorax. Within 3 minutes of arriving in the ER, he had a nurse, doctor and tech in the room. Chest X-ray, iv, pain meds, etc.....were all set in motion. Chest tube was in within 30 min. We are now settled in a room, ready to be camped out till the lung is functioning properly!! Thanks gang!! Y’all rock!!! Hope you enjoyed the Chick-fil-A, wish it could have been more!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The staff are always caring and helpful.
This is the worst hospital you could choose. The ER isn’t just bad it’s dangerous, especially if you don’t have insurance. They couldn’t care less about the patients. Even one of my mothers specialist doctors(not giving out names) said your putting your life in the WRONG hands going here and got on to her for going to this ER instead of HEB. He told her never to go there again and even made sure my dad was told not to take her back there.
Nicest staff of any hospital I’ve ever been to, & my treatment was successful. I enjoyed the people, but hopefully, I never have to go back 😉.
Very clean and helpful and wonderful medical staff.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my pet. And if I didn’t know for a fact that I’m leaving in a few hours (note the time is 0430) I’d leave AMA and check myself into JPS ER for post op meds. Now that’s saying a lot!
From the er to th floor the staff was great. Once on the fifth floor the nursing staff was awesome. They not only took excellent care of me, they were very caring and compassionate with my family. Right to the respiratory therapists. I could not have asked for Better care anywhere else. Thank you for such a goo hospital. I have no recommendations.
