The ICU was great. Unfortunately the PCU was another story. If you have a choice go to a different hospital. Rude people that should NOT be taking charge of patients. The WORST communication ever.

Dear North Hills, I brought my son in for treatment for a brown recluse bite because I trusted you. I DID NOT bring him in so I could be talked down to because I brought him here instead of waiting for his PCP to be able to see him. We are not frequent fliers. I am a worried single mother that works hard to provide for my son which limits free my time. Maybe some of your staff needs to think before they speak.

What a joke. I went there for SOB due to kidney issues and they send me home with an inhaler... which I already have for asthma. Not peeing doesn't mean albuterol... saw dr once for 2 mins but no one ever went over blood work or other results. Found out through portal that I have low sodium... VERY freaking dangerous for someone with Addison's like me. Thanks for the time waste.
