The first thing would be to have a separate waiting area for injured people who are well and don't have any covid symptoms. I brought my son in who had a hockey injury and we waited in the waiting room for almost 2 hours with about 8 other people who were coughing constantly. One patient was walking around without her mask and another person was lying on the floor coughing, sweating, moaning and struggling to breathe. I don't recommend ER. At 915pm 12/03/2020 my daughter was brought by ambulance, I was waiting in the waiting room. The female who checks temperatures at the door was rude and didn't even tell me that my daughter arrived and then told me I couldn't go back cause my wife was back with my daughter. I observed the triage nurse rude to people coming in. My wife told me the nurse taking care of my daughter was rude also and the ER staff was laughing and cutting up at the nurses desk stating people were coming in at the wrong time.... read more
RecommendedI wasn't planning to spend this past weekend (Fri-Mon) at a hospital but my medical condition dictated otherwise. I was very pleased with the excellent care I received from the 4 doctors and nearly a dozen nurses over the course of my stay at Medical City Healthcare North Hills (Rm 216 10/23-26). Atmosphere resonse to patient requests. Patient care as ordered by physicians but still answer questions re ordered care ,attentiveness to patients and visitors. Cleanliness. Care of seniors especially meals and good food. Margaret mays

In September 2017 my mother was evacuated from Houston to Medical City North Hills due to hurricane Harvey. This hospital staff was a God send. They treated us like family. Especially my mom. She was treated like their own mother or grandmother. This meant the world to us. They went above and beyond for us. From the staff to the cafeteria workers. Dr. Epstein is a great doctor! He never gave up on mom until God called her home. We were there for 3 weeks. There is not a hospital in Houston that could measure up to this one! T... read more

In 2017 my mother was transferred from Houston to Dallas 2 days after Hurricane Harvey. My mother was treated as she was their mother or grandmother. The nurses and doctors were wonderful! They didn't give up on her until God made the decision for her to come home. Doctor Epstein and the nurses in Ccicu unit treated her and the with The utmost respect for The three weeks we were there. The care that was shown is something we will never forget! Thank you for you kindness and devotion of all the work each of you do!

So during this strange and unrelenting times, my mother went in for back surgery on Friday 17th. There was some nerves about the surgery and all the Covid stuff at first, but we settled in and all went great. Dr Phelps and his team did a wonderful job. We are beyond grateful for his wisdom and skill he and his team performed on her. The recovery team as well. As for the team upstairs on the 6th floor, you are beyond blessed.
