Knowledge helpful efficient nurses, techs and doctors. Receptionist in the ER Saturday night was less than friendly and obviously under qualified. Overall great service from the "professional" staff.
This is the worse experience I had!!! I came in on Thursday night just feeling terrible. I thought my sugar had dropped had it checked at work they said it was fine, but I still felt bad. My bowel movement had me very scared. I went home and decided to come in. They took blood ran some test after about 7.5 hours they wanted to admit me. They stated my hemoglobin dropped from a 10 to 7. They have me fluids and bag of blood. Dr Rikin S. Patel was a rude ******. They don't know what they are doing my daughter and law been in here a week n they don't know what is wrong
I just had our second daughter a medical city and cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff! My doctors were excellent but the nurses were beyond caring… always attentive every step of the way!
Came from Pearland TX to visit a dear friend. The staff was so accommodating to my sister and I. They were friendly, professional and very kind to our friend who is dealing with her cancer diagnosis. Made me very comfortable and I felt at ease watching the interaction between patient and nurse / doctor and cleaning staff. It was all about her and her treatment and comfort.
