Just got home from Medical City. I have determined,and witnesses agree that Medical City has a staff at least 50% incompetent. Because 1/2 the staff I encountered today had no frickin' clue on how to communicate. The ones that did were top notch. The others were, as my dear old mamma would say, "as useless as tits on a boar hog ..." 😡
My family member is currently in the hospital, and not in the best health. The care she has gotten from the nurses has been top notch! The doctors are fantastic! I would recommend the hospital to anyone.
Dr.Hawkins is great! Her Assistant Twila is awesome as well. Thanks for everything you do for us.
As a cancer survivor, I've had numerous surgeries and an entourage of physicians. It is so nice when you find an establishment that puts their patients needs and comfort first and foremost. We discovered Dr. Milestein and MCD about 7 months ago when our grandson was born, I was so impressed with both, I drove nearly 2 hours for a needed surgery of my own. I arrived at 10:30 and sat in the waiting area for over 4 hours. It was 5:00 am when i finally left. Diagnosised with sciatic nerve damage. After sitting for over 4 hrs with no update i finally went to the admin behind the desk and ask for a supervisor because I was in so much pain. Once the supervisor Zack came out and took me back to his area he took great care of me.
