Dont follow through with what they tell you! No cordination with dr & hospital floors.
They took excellent care of my 1 year old daughter. The ER diagnosed her fast and got us up to the PICU to start her recovery. Every single nurse we had was kind and helpful. We had several nurses in a row either day or night shift and I loved seeing the same girls. Both Elizabeths, Karla, Joyce, Norma, and many many others were amazing in the PICU. Sam and Alley were more than I could of asked for on the 6th floor. Thank you for treating us so well and helping Shiloh heal.
Your staff is rude at the desk and I was there 3 hours and still wasn't seen and the waiting room wasn't full at all. I tried to get somebody in the front test to get a doctor and they was rude! I was in so much pain I LEFT, this reminds me why I always pick further hospitals than y'all.
I love the staff. Very professional and treat me like family. Makes for a comfortable place for treatment and recovery.
In 2009 i was diagnosed with lymphoma, days before my 14th birthday. Because of the quality of care I received, the help they offered my family, and the love of the staff, I knew I had to come back but I didn't want to be the patient. I am now part of the staff, working side by side the very same people who saved my life in 2009, but now I get to be apart of that group, I am Home when I am at work.
Brought my son here at about 10:00 pm one night and didn't leave until 3:00 am the next morning. Upon arrival my son vomited in the eR waiting room and after I told the staff about it they said someone would come and clean it. An hour and a half went by and it was still on the floor, there wasn't even a caution cone or anything placed by it. I was expecting more from this place especially as it is a for profit. Staff was rude to top it off. Needless to say I won't be returning.
