The worst ER EVER! My mom has been here for 3 1/2 hours so far AFTER being here Monday and sent home. She feels like she is going to pass out and they don't care.
The worst care ever. Skipped meds and meals. A total lack of lack of responsibility. Horrible managed nursing staff. You will suffer if you stay here. There is NO excuse for such deplorable care.

I had an excellent experience yesterday. I have had a previous history at other facilities when it came time to getting my IVs started. I'm a very bad stick, my veins roll, hide or they blow. There are other facilities that do not use a numbing agent when they start IVs . Medical city did and that made him very stressful situation turn into a pleasant one !!!
They are not providing the correct or proper care to those patients transferred from Houston.
