If you love your child DON'T bring them here, They'll be misdiagnosed!!! You'll be admitted, doctor's won't listen, thank God after a couple days a new doctor came on and ACTUALLY listened, ran a test confirmed mom's suspicions released within a couple hours. So my child spent days in the hospital with the WRONG DIAGNOSIS, permanent part of his medical record & bills from physicians who aren't in network with your insurance even though the Hospital itself is. Honestly couldn’t ask for a better staff. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. We have been coming since September to keep an eye on my daughters condition & she was born yesterday and everyone is so amazing and my daughter is getting such wonderful care in the NICU. Couldn’t ask for more. �
All around great place. Great doctors, nurses, food service and custodians. Everybody working together to help people. I know a few hospitals that need to take a page...or a chapter from this place. Thank you all for everything you do.
I am Inpatient now at this hospital on the Heart floor Telemetry and I am so disappointed in my care!! The doctor showed up at 8pm at night only to say my tests ain’t been read but they’ll try to release me tomorrow Dr Choi wow ���� didn’t take the time to listen to my heart or nothing!! I’m a Medical Professional no doctor all day these are heart patients I’m just outdone!! This is scary and Patient Advocate need to revamp this hospital care system cause it sucks and disappointing!! I don't know if budget cuts have gotten to this facility, but the trash cans or all overflowing. I would post a pic, but obviously there is no option to do so! A filthy Hospital! Not good!!!
I just want to say John in the adult day surgery waiting room is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I've been here all morning and he keeps all of us up to date on our loved ones and makes sure we have supplies for coffee and warm blankets and keeps watch of our stuff while we run to grab some food or go to the bathroom. I'm dreading when his shift ends. He's such a sweet man!
What an amazing hospital. They're adding on so there are a few inconveniences. Valet parking needs to start at 6 am and run til late. Other than that I will tell you I have only been to one hospital who can rival Medical City and that is MD Anderson. Their personnel is amazing and the nurses... WOW! Awesome!! Our doctor, Dr. Javier Sanchez, who did my husband's heart ablation was the best ever! I really, really am impressed with the professionalism as well as the human interest each person had at Medical City. God bless them... read more
