I had a good experience delivery of my baby. All the nurses helped me and treated me wonderfully at every moment, specially the postpartum nurses. I'm very thankful to a nurse named Kim, who is very compassionate and professional. My doctor was amazing too. If I have another baby, l definitely will choose Medical City again!
I had surgery yesterday. Dr Gruber, Dr Mao and the 4 nurses that looked after me, Thank You so much. You guys made a really stressful situation seem like no problem at all. I highly recommend MedCity. All 10 or 12 people I interacted with while at Med City, were very genuine and caring. You guys rock.
Stay away!! Worst hospital in DFW area. Go to Baylor Plano or Methodist! ICU is a joke! This entire place is a joke they are only interested in "protocol" and profit. Stay away worst 18 days of my life!!!!! I'd like to know who to address my letter to. I will not be calling any Patient Advocacy Department at 972-566-6710.
I brought my mother to the ER because she had a high fever (103) and severe cough with green mucus. Obviously infection. After seeing the doctor initially, we were left in the room for FOUR HOURS with no check backs at all. I even went to the nurse's station to ask what was going on, and the only response was "we will check." I realize that this is just a job and a paycheck to them, but I did 2 years of nursing school and there was absolutely no care or compassion in these hospital workers.
