RecommendedWe had a great experience today with a fractured foot. The x-ray technician, doctor and person that fitted her with her ortho shoe were all great with my 13 year old daughter. We were there for about 2 hours, which for an ER is pretty good! This is probably our 3rd visit there and we’ve had good experiences every time.
Our sweet baby girl had to visit the ER with a lip laceration. The nurse and doctor were AMAZING! They were kind and thoughtful throughout the entire ordeal! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or care. Thank you for making an otherwise stressful situation the best it could be.
Amazing nurses, everybody was so helpful and patient. My daughter had to get stitches on her lip and they made it so comfortable for her. Our experience couldn’t have gone better! Thank you to the nurses and drs in the ER ❤️
I attempted to share my daughter’s experience in your plano ER on the website but the form wouldn’t submit. I tried to call guest relations with no answer. I have an email I’d like to share about the events that occurred in your ER. All I can say here is thank God my husband and I are healthcare professionals. I think the Cook’s in Fort Worth is a million times better, but the staff here has been so nice and accommodating!!
All of the Dr's and nurses here are on point. Not only do they provide the best quality care the compassion and kindness is un measurable. Even the housekeepers and volunteers and kitchen staff are awesome. A special thank you to the volunteer who brought my girl a hedgehog blanket. She absolutely loves it. Can’t thank Dr Faisal Qureshi and his Nurse Coordinator Cheryl Evans enough! Dr Qureshi did surgery on my son and he is healing up at record speed! He will no longer suffer from chest pains, passing out, etc., and will now be able to keep up with his friends thanks to Dr Qureshi! The nurses, Physical Therapist, Anesthesiologist, and the entire team took such great care of my son and took us step by step on everything the entire way thru. Highly recommend them!
