For the record, Medical City of McKinney is a great hospital. They took 35% off my bill just because we had 2 emergency's in one week. On the other hand, Children's Hospital in Plano wouldn't work with me and when I visited the ER there the service was soooooooo subpar and bad - I walked out!!! NEVER TO RETURN. Medical City McKinney will always have my business (as long as I'm still living in Texas). So, there's that!!!
Been in the ER for 5 hours, still haven’t seen a doctor.
RecommendedGreat experience here. All the staff have been very nice and informative about every step we needed to take while here and when we go home. They got us in pretty quickly. Got my sons vitals and gave him medicine for his fever. And the entire time the nurses were interacting with him trying to make him feel comfortable. As well as the doctor. I will definitely be back here for any needs my son may need in the future. Wonderful nurses, doctor, respiratory therapist and admin. Highly recommend.

I been waiting for about 3 hours with my sick son and nobody has helped us they just put us in a room and nobody has came in, never coming back here!
Hoy lleve a mi hija con fiebre y vomitó y llevaba mucha infección en los ojos 👀 llegue alas 8 pm y nomás nos registramos pero nunca checaron a mi hija de echo ella vomitó en mi pecho fui a preguntar porque no checaban a mi hija porque ya tenía dos horas sentada en la sala y solo veía cómo llegaba gente y pasaba y nunca me llamaron solo me dijeron que esperara de echo siempre llevaba mis hijos ahi pero son dos veces que asen eso se tardan demasiado

My Grandson was taken there today and my family was treated with respect and concern. The doctors and nurses made my grandson very comfortable right up to his discharge. Thank y'all so much, the grandma of the patient
