Other than one nurse who didn't communicate, the staff and care was great!
My daughter had a severe reaction to eating her first cashew of Thanksgiving. Every single person we encounter was so nice and helpful. My daughter told us when we were leaving after 6 hours in the ER (due to observation) that "when you see the Children's Health commercials with the red balloons they aren't lying. They really are the best people." Thank you to everyone that made a very scary situation easier to handle.
Facility was very clean and all of he staff were fantastic!
Called and let them know I was coming and that my son was in pain. We were attend as soon as we walked in. The nurses and doctors were nice to him all the way threw. Beginning to end and today happened to be his 6th Birthday and was told Happy Birthday multiple times. At the a cool present
During our inpatient stay everyone was wonderful and loving. From doctors on down to Tech. Thanks for everything you do..!!!�
Staff was very welcoming, my son didn't cry not 1 time during treatment. communication was amazing, I love this children's location.
My daughter is currently inpatient and our experience has been wonderful. The nurses, doctors, and staff have been great. Child Life has been helpful in providing fun distractions. The Women's Auxiliary came by with some much needed munchies and personal care items (soft tissues and lip balm). Our experience in the ER prior to admission was also a positive experience. They were very attentive and got us into a room quickly. I have felt confident with the care we have received the past couple of days.
I like the fact u can set up an account and view everything on your child's records and the facility is so nice and super clean
