Exelente el trato y su gente amable t con los niños súper bien!
Seriously the best place to be. They have the knowledge and experience with kids and are very accommodating. My 17 month old daughter has been admitted and put in isolation, the nurses and doctors have gone over and beyond to make my daughter as comfortable and happy as possible. They have given me comfort during this troubling time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Children's of Plano is the best hospital for children . The staff there not only cares about the children , they also care so much for the families as well. This hospital is the best hospital and I would not take my child anywhere else. The doctor's and the entire staff goes above and beyond. They helped show me that it's ok to ask for help even when I think I don't need it. I just want to thank each and everyone one of them from the bottom of mine and my child's heart. The nurses and the whole staff were super nice and very informative. They communicate very well and made my son feel great about his surgery. The surgery went very well and I'm happy.
I must say Everytime we got to Childrens Medical Center I feel like we are at Disneyland. Every one is so nice and happy. We went in early for my daughters appointment yesterday and we were seen right away no waiting and everyone was so pleasant and helpful.
The staff are awesome.. I will definitely refer friends and family members there.

Well, if you have an emergency, they will take complete advantage of you. Then if you try to make a payment plan, their terms are so steep that you can't afford to pay them. So no matter what you try to do, you're screwed. Never again. EVER... It's the only hospital that I've dealt with over the last year that worked really hard to NOT get paid.... (Oh and the "financial assistance" is a complete joke...) I'm guessing the write off is more lucrative than giving reasonable payment terms...
