We've been here twice for my son's asthma and was admitted once. Both times were very pleasant and stress free. I wish I could bring him here for regular checkups!
So grateful for compassionate nurses! It's scary enough being with your child in the hospital, but they make the whole situation bearable. Everyone that we dealt with (Cheryl, Gail, the CT scan and echo techs, the admin and check-in people) and they were all so friendly and compassionate with us.

My son was transported to children's Tuesday night for RSV and to be observed. The nurses and doctors were very nice. They helped show us how to suction his nose and told us what to do to ensure he didn't end up back in the hospital. They communicated great.
Amazing from the moment my son got there till he left. Very professional and they focused on him and helping him through his broken arm. He handled it very well and the staff talked to him and helped to explain what they were doing the entire time, for a 5 year old that was huge as some facilities might only talk to the parents. I can't say enough about their staff and their overall professionalism and their bed side for him. They cared and it showed! Thank You Children's Plano!
My daughter was in the ER sick and the Doctor and Nurse was very good and tried there best. They helped my daughter tried everything to get her to drink and my daughter finally started drinking something. 🙂
