We came here when a regular hospital couldn't tend to her needs as necessary. All of the nurses, doctors, social workers and volunteers were great with her and with doing their job. Karen was the best nurse and actually got my daughter to drink and give hi-fives when other nurses only made her scream and hide. The housekeeping and food service could use some work however. Especially with using the same mop in the bathroom and then out in the room and not taking the soiled linens.

Everyone was wonderful! My little guy couldn't breath. His throat closed up. Staff took him right back and gave him medicine very quickly. Everyone was so accommodating and compassionate! I wouldn't take my precious son anywhere else!!

Took my 6 month old baby to the ER. He had difficulty breathing and was diagnosed with RSV. There was no wait, we were immediately taken to a room after his vitals were taken. Total time in and out was about two hours. He came out being more like his usual self after he was given medicine for his condition.
Children's Medical Center, Plano is an amazing place! Best care possible, above and beyond expectations, as always! Special people work there, from front desk to Specialty Doctors, and ALL nursing staff! The one downtown is just as special!
My 3 month old daughter was careflighted from Mt.Pleasant 2 nights ago. From the second the care team arrived to pick us up, I have been very impressed with the staff and the help they have provided for my daughter. They have been so kind!! We got answers almost immediately after we arrived. We found out she has RSV and Corona Virus!!( mt.pleasant tested her not once, bbut TWICE, for RSV and came back with negatie results) The doctors and nurses here are very amazing!
