I was a walk in, told to come back in 40 minutes (fair enough because they had a booked customer) when I returned i was left 10minutes waiting no interaction or hello before i was told ‘we are cash only’. And it would be £40 for BIAB removal and reapplication of fingernail BIAB. Ridiculous and unfriendly would not recommend
Very poor customer service off late. Rude technicians.
