Another great experience in the service department. In and out with no problems, they also gave us our quote that we wanted for a tuneup and for four tires, which we will be going back and getting done in the near future. The best thing I like about going here for service and maintenance, is, they actually put air in the tires, I have been to numerous other places to have oil changes and the tires rotated and once I left that service shop, within a week or two, I would need to put air in my tires, Medford Ford does it right ... read more

Today I had an Issue with my Key fob and I called the dealer I purchased from and got a voicemail and no return call. I called Medford Ford and they were a HUGE help. Tim in customer service was a huge help and had me come even even though he was getting ready to leave for the day. THANKS TIM and Medford Ford for excellent customer service!

Great service, friendly personal.
No matter what make or model of car we have in the family I take them to Medford Ford for service. The service department is fantastic - they treat me well and always have the ability to service my vehicles as I wait. A real hometown advantage.

I had a ten am appt for service and was told that it would be 2 hours. After 4 hours I called. I was told that my car would go in after two more cars are done. Therefore, an appt with Medford Ford means nothing. I called to talk to the manager, left a message and asked to have my call returned. He never bothered to call me back. I guess I’m not important enough. I’m a bit disappointed with Medford Ford right now.
The customer service is outstanding.
