RecommendedEvery time that I call with an issue with my F 150 or to make an appointment Tim or Gus get me in to get the job done. Today after 5 years and 81,000 miles I needed a battery. Even though we are faced with the Covid 19 issue they got the job done quickly allowing my wife and I to continue on to my physical therapy appointment. A great team !

I went to Medford ford last Saturday 3//7/20 to get a new car. Joe Linder was awesome at helping me pick out and buy my 2017 Ford Fusion and making sure I understood everything. Made my experience there a great one. He made it easy and stress free. Also Joe Benigs was awesome to explaining everything to me as well. This is my second car being bought at this dealership. 14 years ago I bought my 2007 focus there. I will continue to go to this dealership for all my car needs and recommend others go here also. Great dealer ship.

Medford Ford is old school and I like that. It's not a huge flashy showroom with fast talking salesmen. It's a small place and the people there aren't pushy. I dealt with Natalie, and she was helpful. If I had a question she couldn't answer, she'd find someone who could. If I decide to stay with Ford when my lease is up, I will definitely return to Medford Ford
