I went to Medford Ford looking at several used SUVs I had viewed on-line. Tom Eckert was very helpful showing me all of the available models and the features of each. Paperwork for the sale was quick and easy and I received a fair amount for my trade-in. All Covid19 safety protocols were in place. It was a pleasure to purchase for them.

Had a great experience at Medford Ford this past week. For a few months now, my business partner and I have been searching for the right work van and Ian Sullivan was on the lookout for us. He gave me a call that they had just had an 07 cargo van traded in and the next day I was driving away with a new fleet vehicle for our construction / remodeling business.
