Not honest people , trying to charge for a covered part under warranty . Check with ford before agreeing to pay for a service part . Stay away , other ford dealers with better experiences .

Adli, there appears to be a misunderstanding...the repairs were actually completed under terms of extended warranty based on causal part identification and had nothing to do with decision at the dealership level as to whether or not cover under warranty. Hope this explanation provides clarification.

Keith was great. We walked in looking at a used Escape but after working with us and our budget, we had 3 excellent cars to choose from. I opted to go with a 2015 Explorer which was more "me" in terms of style and comfort. He patiently worked with us and managed to get my payment even lower than originally had been agreed. My wife had bought two Mustangs from them and now it seems Medford Ford will have my loyalty as well!! A+A+A+
