RecommendedService department staff was very friendly and courteous; Once the problem was detected they explained what needed to be done to fix it and that it was covered under the extended warranty. They get my vote!

Great service. I could not get my Focus in due to an injury.They picked it up fom my home this morning at 10 and were finished with recall problems and oil change by afternoon and returned it.

I went for an airbag recall replacement.I was greeted promptly.My keys were given to a technician and within an hour my car was fixed. Extremely happy in all ways.You don’t have to be bigger to better.....just be better Medford Ford exceeded my expectations.They didn’t try to upsell me on more services,products or another car.They had benches in the lot and I enjoyed the sunshine during these crazy Pandemic Corona 19 months of self quarantining.
