The service dept has always been very accommodating and they have always taken the time to answer all of my questions. Very professional and never had a problem getting my car in. They even took me in today without an appointment to diagnose a problem that could have been a safety issue and I really am grateful for that because I drive a long distance for work.

The service at Medford Ford is the worst. They “fixed” the AC in our car last week and it’s not working again! The can’t work on the car until next Tuesday!! No AC, record high temps, and my husband drives this car from S. Jersey to Delaware every day for work! He’s due for a new car very soon and we’ll buy it anywhere but Medford Ford. Clearly they are unable to service the cars they sell on a timely basis!!
