Service center couldn't be better. Mike was the master mechanic who did a major service / recall on my Focus RS. Mike was very professional, friendly, and informative. Many others have had issues with this recall and extended stays at dealers for the repair. I had a clean loaner and the car back in 4 short days with all the detailed steps for the complicated recall done 100%. I highly recommend Medford Ford for all your service needs. Medford Ford -I have to say buying my new car was a breeze from the minute I contacted them on line.Jennifer got right back to us.
