Brought my 2009 mustang gt California special In for the airbag recall. The appointment was scheduled for Friday at 9:30 am I dropped my car off the night before. Friday morning I got the call at 9 o clock that my car was finished! Mechanics did a great job my seat nor anything in my car was tampered with as if they were never even working on it. Great job by Medford ford.

Took 3 weeks to schedule an oil change on my bus, brought it over to them 3 times to make sure they can do it, finally have an appointment scheduled, drop my bus off the night before, then we get a phone call in the morning saying they can't do it but we can leave it there for another week and they might be able to get to it friday or Monday!!!!!! Like really that's not how business should be done!!! Very disappointed in them!!!

Should be 50 stars,me my family n friends have been buying new cars n trucks from ken worrell since the mid 80s,always a big smile n great service,i consider ken more then a salesman,he's family to me n my family,he was always there in good n bad times,always got us the best price available,im a dyhard ford man n will always deal with medford ford even tho i live in forked river the trip is always great,give them a try n you will always buy from them...
