I was their at 9:00 am wasn't seen till 11:00 their was only 2 people in the office so l would say they need to speed up since it does say express lol
Great fun, friendly, educated staff! Almost no wait time ! I took my daughter there twice with the same fast, friendly service. That is why I decided to use them when it was my turn But I highly recommend others do NOT go there! If everyone goes, the wait time will go up !
The staff was very pleasant, but the wait was longer than any urgent care I've ever been to. I don't know if that's common or not, but in their defense, they were the only one open in the area (that I could find) as it was Sunday after 5.
The lady at the front desk that checked me in Jacqueline she was so nice!! It was my first time there and I will come again

this has been by far the best urgent care we have been to! wonderful staff, wonderful dr. very nice center. I would go there again. Process was easy, no filling out any paper work, they did everything for you!
the care I got was good and everyone was friendly but their billing practices are crap so be aware
